It’s the traditional musical chairs day for free games on the Epic Games Store platform, and this week we have two beautiful gems on the agenda.

The first free game to be offered for free on the Epic Games Store until September 26th is, in fact, quite an independent nugget. It is actually TOEM: A photo adventuredeveloped by Something We Made and released in 2021. As the name suggests, the title places a certain emphasis on photography in a black and white adventure that is as cute as it is beautiful. You must use your photography skills to uncover the game’s many secrets, with numerous puzzles making good use of the central theme. Despite the puzzles requiring the use of your grey matter, this game available on the Epic Games Store is a relaxing breath of fresh air that allows you to unwind after a busy day.
Epic Games’ second free game presents a completely different atmosphere, as it’s all about slaughtering zombies and surviving long enough to talk about it. It’s actually The consequences of the last battledeveloped by Con Artist Games, published by Armor Games Studios and also released in 2021. This top-down action game offers us a rogue-lite experience in which we play as a survivor with unique skills who must go as far as possible to eradicate the zombie threat. By collecting different resources we will unlock new weapons and skills that can be used by the next survivor when the current one dies.
