It is not the first time that rumors arise about a new Silent Hill, because a while ago he fantasized about a new title of the series created by nothing more and nothing less than Hideo Kojima, the creator of Death Stranding, and of course P.T. Now a new, more accurate report has been revealed stating that Konami is working on 2 Silent Hill video games for the next console generation, although it is also said to possibly reach PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
The information has been shared by AestheticGamer, a reliable source that has already confirmed some leaks of other titles in advance. In this report it is discovered that Konami had contacted a team of developers about 2 years ago to start two projects
This is just a guess, but I'd say there's a high chance one or both of those titles may be revealed this year, but we'll see. I don't actually know their plans or anything about these games other than their existence though, I don't know much about the inner workings of Konami.

«In other news, while I drop these things, and I think I can talk about this, I will mention that there are a couple of new Silent Hill games in progress. Konami about two years ago contacted several developers to present ideas for two Silent Hill games, one of the franchise's soft restart and the other an episodic TellTale / Until dawn episode to accompany the restart. However, I don't know anything more than that, but I hope Konami has given him the right budget and found the right developer for those games to succeed.
As AestheticGamer says, it is a game that will be the restart of Silent Hill and another based on Telltale episodes. Although the source confirms it, there is still no concrete evidence to know that this is true. Similarly, it should be borne in mind that previously there had been rumors of new Silent Hill games and considering that Telltale Games has returned, perhaps the project has been resumed if at some point it stopped continuing. In addition to this, it is also said that these 2 titles could be announced this year, but we will not know that until Konami answers.
Would you like these Silent Hill games to reach the new generation of consoles?
