Ubisoft is currently exploring digital options for its E3 2020 announcement.
With the cancellation of E3 2020, Ubisoft said it is considering providing a digital experience for fans.
Like previous Microsoft, the company plans to host an annual E3 presentation this year, but with the cancellation, it will explore other options.

In its last phone call to investors, the company said at the 2020 E3 conference that it will talk more about upcoming slate and how to take advantage of next-generation hardware.
As the company launches "Five New AAA Games" in 2020-21, we certainly look forward to the new release dates for "God and the Monster", "Rainbow Six Isolation" and "Watchdog: Legion".
Of these five, two come from the company's "biggest franchise," which could mean a new Assassin's Creed.
We're not sure where Beyond Good and Evil 2 is in the release schedule, but considering it skipped E3 last year, it's great to hear updates to game development.
The development of Skull and Bones is still in progress, and it is expected that it will be good to update it sometime before the end of the next fiscal year (March 31, 2021).
Hopefully Ubisoft will discuss its plans soon.
