Several smartphones are now unexpectedly receiving the major Samsung update to One UI 6.1.1. Actually, they were not even scheduled for an update.
Samsung is currently rolling out its new operating system One UI 6.1.1. The devices that the manufacturer mentioned in its last announcement have already been provided with updates. But now Samsung is surprising us with the silent release of further updates.
Like the fan blog SamMobile reported, the 4th generation foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4, have now received updates to One UI 6.1.1. These devices were not even mentioned in the company’s last announcement.

According to SamMobile, the update has only just become available for users’ foldables in South Korea. However, the fan blog expects the update to be rolled out globally in the next few days.
By the way: One UI 6.1.1, which is particularly praised for its numerous new features in the area of Galaxy AI, also brings with it some critical points. There is currently a problem that occurs on a certain smartphone model after the update to One UI 6.1.1.
