At PlayStation State of Play today (May 30, 2024), fans of Supermassive Games’ narrative games got a close look at the Until Dawn remake and learned that it will be released in Fall 2024. The game will be available on PS5 and PC at launch.
Ballistic Moon is developing a long-awaited remake for fans of the interactive horror game Until Dawn and its spinoffs The Dark Pictures Anthology and Quarry, and it looks like it will be everything many of us hoped it would be. The trailer showed off something we’ve been wanting to see, which is gameplay, and it looks like a definite improvement over the original 2015 experience.

Remastered in Unreal Engine 5, from a new developer, with a brand new soundtrack and a richly layered story, the latest trailer shows off a whole new take on Until Dawn. With significantly improved visuals and character models, this remaster looks fantastic, and you can expect to see it on PC and PS5 when it launches in the fall.
