Tim Burton films are instantly recognized and loved by numerous people because of their whimsical style. No wonder the director is one of the most influential in Hollywood. Although his career is far from over, as production of ‘Beetlejuice 2’ shows, Burton’s life journey is set to be explored in a new docuseries.
Numerous stars with whom the director has worked together on his works have their say in the four-part documentary series. Featuring Johnny Depp (“Edward Scissorhands”), Helena Bonham Carter (“The Crown”), Winona Ryder (“Stranger Things”), Michael Keaton (“The Flash”), Christopher Walken (“Dune 2”), Danny DeVito (“Dumbo”) and Jenna Ortega (“Wednesday”)
How Deadline reported, the series will be directed by Tara Wood, who already showed a good touch with the documentary “Tarantino – The Bloody Genius” about cult director Quentin Tarantino and a. Old and previously unpublished material is to be shown in the previously unnamed documentary series.
It is not yet clear where it will be broadcast, as there are no customers yet. That’s why the advertising drum is busy at the Cannes Film Festival, which is currently taking place. We remain curious.
