Closed beta announced V risea new project from the folks behind Battlerite.
Stunlock Studios’ upcoming open-world vampire survival game will enter closed beta on March 23, with the first beta running for a week, inviting players a chance to build castles, hunt for blood, and explore the world of Valdoran ahead of the game’s lead Experience publishing.
The closed beta will allow you to play solo or co-op as you battle bandits, mythical creatures, and the Church of Radiance in skill-based shooter combat. On PvP servers, player-to-player conflict will add an “additional lethal challenge to the equation”.
You can sign up for the beta here.
About 3,000 players will be invited to test this time, and the number and duration of this test will be the largest to date. If technical issues arise, the team may need to change testing times and conditions.
The in-game test content will include all four regions the team plans to launch in Early Access. Much of the content is still in development and will continue to improve on the way to Early Access.
V Rising is a top-down action game in which you play as a new vampire who must first fend for himself to survive, then soon find people like them and build a castle to restore vampire rule. Together with your vampire horde, you will be able to raid human cities and transform them, and fight rival hordes.
As your character grows, you’ll unlock more abilities and the ability to craft more powerful weapons.
The game is being developed for PC.
