walheimIt’s a little harder, if you will, thanks to a new hardcore difficulty mode.
When using this mode and the death slider is maxed out, if you die you will lose all progress and items forever. Also, not only is the combat harder, but monsters will attack your base more often, and you can’t use portals without a map. Hardcore indeed.
Hardcore is mostly about losing progress, but you can now scale things up however you like, like easy, casual, or even really hard, which is a high-end of the current mechanic.
Using new sliders, you can choose how monsters invade your base, how many resources you can find, whether enemies only attack when provoked, and more.
These settings have not been applied and are not yet finalized, but these options will appear in a future update.
