Do you play Valheim for the atmosphere or for the hunt for better gear? This stands for the former new mountain update in Valheim ready, the latter proffers developer Iron Gate a first look at the new Flitzebogen in the upcoming Mistlands patch.

Valheim shows how the new combat bow is created
You see a battle bow that appears to be made out of an animal’s spine. Valheim players already know four bows from Valheim. The strongest of these so far is the ominously shimmering Draugr bow. Finally, with the new Mistlands area, this should be surpassed by the new bone bow.
More weapons promised
The Viking hasn’t burned himself out yet: The developers also explain on Twitter that at least one new item is planned for each weapon category – i.e. sword, spear, battle ax and Co. However, the developers know neither exactly what they look like nor when they will open in Valheim.
