The Vampire: The Masquerade series, set in the World of Darkness universe, is getting a new addition: Reckoning of New York, a new narrative spin-off, is coming.
Dear Villagers and Draw Distance have announced Vampire: The Masquerade – Reckoning of New York, a new spin-off of the successful series. This will be released for the PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch platforms. Thanks to the backwards compatibility of the new consoles, the game can also be played on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
Reckoning of New York is the third part of the narrative visual novel series based on Vampire: The Masquerade and is of course still set in the universe of World of Darkness. It takes you to the Big Apple, where you have to deal with a supernatural intrigue.
There are two main characters, Ravnos and Malkavian, who come from different vampire clans and each have their own perspective on the game’s story. You can also expect new gameplay mechanics compared to the previous visual novels – and of course the exciting conclusion to the entire saga.
