With the Pro BFG Wireless Controller, Victris has created a fairly successful controller for PC and PS5. Now there’s good news for Xbox owners and even better news for Hall Effect fans.
Excellent news, because the Pro BFG Wireless Controller, which was released in October, was particularly successful in the American market. The manufacturer now plans to release an Xbox version of the gamepad in February.
The controller will be officially licensed for PC and Xbox and will come onto the market at least in the USA for 179.99 dollars. The first pre-orders should be possible from January.
The Victrix Pro BFG Wireless Controller once again comes in modular form. Among other things, the position of the left stick and control stick can be swapped. There is also a fight pad with six buttons as an alternative to the right stick. D-pad, stick caps and sticks can also be swapped. And even better: At the beginning of 2024 there will also be stick modules with a reverb effect for all versions of this controller, which can be purchased separately. Hall effect sticks avoid the dreaded stick drift.
There are also four additional switches on the back and you can store up to three profiles with different assignments on the controller. The trigger paths can be set using five stop points, from hair trigger to standard behavior. There is also a 3.5mm connection for headphones or a headset, with Dolby Atmos available free of charge directly via the controller.
Practically speaking, there will also be a Victrix Control Hub app in which you can make all imaginable configurations on your PC and Xbox, including recalibrating the analog sticks.
