On the morning of December 13, Vodafone customers reported problems with their DSL and television connections. According to our fault reporter, the southwest of Germany is particularly affected, including Stuttgart, Cologne and Essen. But we also receive reports from other regions such as Berlin or Munich.
The reason for the restrictions is not yet known. In the official Vodafone-Forum there is currently breaking news that the internet, landline network and cable TV are not working in Mannheim. The outages may be related to this. On this page you can keep yourself up to date on the current situation.
