The DSL connections from Vodafone are apparently down for many customers. The operator has admitted problems. That’s the situation now.
In the evening, many Vodafone customers use our fault indicator to report that they are having problems with their DSL connection.
The provider’s website does not list a disruption for April 12, but the service confirmed on Twitter that a solution to the problem was being worked on.
A disruption in Kiel is addressed in the tweet and confirmed by Vodafone. However, our disruption map shows that customers in other cities such as Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main or Stuttgart are also said to be affected.
With luck, these are only short-term problems and soon everything will be working again. If necessary, you can temporarily switch to mobile Internet.
