Fatshark revealed on Darktide Secret of the Mechanical God is the next major update for the game, and it will be coming to PC and Xbox on June 25. This is another major update that brings a new mission to the game, which takes place in an abandoned Mechanicus research station in Atelium Foundryplex Omega 5.
Secrets of the Mechanical God will also introduce the Bolt Pistol to Dark Tides, as well as a host of new weapons such as the Ogryn Pickaxe, Shock Hammer, and even a new shotgun. Dark Tides will also feature the new Hestia’s Beheading Campaign Pilot. Hestia’s Decapitation Crusade event will require everyone to take down the pack leader. Rewards include in-game currency such as Ordo Dockets, Plasteel, and Diamantine.
In addition to Darktide, Fatshark also shared some news about Vermintide 2. First of all, the game also has its own Skeleton on the Skeleton Throne
Vermintide 2 players can also look forward to a Chest of Trials update in the same patch, along with 30 new Boons. If you missed your previous chance to try out the game’s PvP mode, there will be another chance soon. From May 30 to June 9, the Verus Alpha will return on PC, and the first playable boss – the Bile Troll – will be available to players as part of the test.
