Theater mobile broadcasting station It is a new point of interest (POI) in Season 5.
They are easy to find, but knowing how to deal with them is another matter. Raven provided some clues about their use, although the mobile radio station does not seem to be fully up and running.
What is the Warzone mobile radio station?
Raven describes the mobile radio station as an area designed to “enhance digital signals” around Verdansk. The idea is to prevent a given area from gaining signal enhancement based on the reward provided. What this means in practice is still a bit mysterious.
Some people suggest that fighting around a mobile radio station will increase the drop rate or the quality of the dropped items.
Maybe this is true, which is consistent with Raven’s short description of the new season 5 POI. However, the mobile radio station does not seem to be activated yet. Some players pointed out that mobile radio stations appear to be active and inactive. However, none of them have broadcast signals yet. One or two have already started broadcasting, but the signal appears high in the sky. They also do not affect combat or drops.
Since the launch of Season 5, the mobile radio station may have some bugs that need to be resolved. We will update after Raven clarifies the situation around them.
Location of mobile radio station in theater
The location of the Warzone mobile radio station varies from game to game, but it is easy to spot. Each station is a large broadcasting antenna projecting from a truck, and some evidence from the streaming media KinG x STuDx shows that mobile broadcasting stations are more likely to appear between two designated locations.
For now, these are good places to check:
- Between TV station and factory
- Between Boneyard and Promenade West
- Between military base and airport
- Between Superstore and Boneyard
- Between military base shooting ranges
The new Warzone season brings new privileges and some new weapons. Unlocking them is easier than you think, but sticking to a reliable optimal load is also valuable.
Activision Blizzard is currently dealing with the consequences of a major lawsuit filed with California due to widespread harassment. So far, Blizzard’s president and head of human resources has been removed. In a statement against the lawsuit, CEO Bobby Kotick said that those responsible will be held accountable, even though many employees believe this ignores their demands.
After the lawsuit, Activision was sued by shareholders for allegedly concealing the investigation that led to the lawsuit, and many sponsors are withdrawing from the Overwatch and Call of Duty leagues. Many people in the group’s various studios formed an alliance and asked the company’s leaders to take practical action.
