It has finally been revealed. The new map of Call of Duty: Warzone it is already a reality, it’s called Rebirth Island and has been featured alongside a trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
This has been announced Activision, in a preview that puts honey on the lips over Black Ops Cold War Season One content, coming December 16. Here you have the video.
Looking similar to the Alcatraz map in Blackout, there are some differences that will make it feel like new. Vikhor “Stitch” Kuzmin is the new operator, a former KGB soldier and leader of the Nova 6 program
Russell Adler, whom you will recognize from the Black Ops Cold War story, apparently ended the Nova 6 project and closed Rebirth Island in the 1960s. 20 years later, Stitch has put the island back into operation and is beginning to activate Nova 6 once again.
Also appears what appears to be another multiplayer map in New Jersey and that would be added to the content of season 1. Recall that they recently arrived private games to Warzone, currently in beta, and new options to free up disk space and it was further revealed that Call of Duty continues to be Activision’s most profitable franchise.
