Team Red shows us today what they plan to do against the competition in the coming months. AMD will present its new graphics card lineup in a reveal stream from 9 p.m. Europe time.
In all probability, the green competition will start with products from the high-end segment. We expect the two most powerful cards from the RX 7000 portfolio.

AMD’s reveal event kicks off tonight, on November 3rd, at 9 p.m. Europe time. Depending on the number of maps shown and new features, we expect a duration of one to two hours.

AMD Radeon RX 7000: what to expect from the presentation
So far, AMD has not confirmed which graphics cards will be presented tonight. And there is also a tendency in the rumor mill as to where the journey could go. In concrete terms, however, it looks different.
We are expecting two cards from the high-end segment from AMD this evening. On the one hand there is the Radeon RX 7900 XT, which appears as the successor to the previous flagship model. But AMD apparently wants to place another model on top of that: The Radeon RX 7900 XTX.

RX 7900 XTX: AMD could declare war on the Nvidia upper class
Both graphics cards are manufactured using the 5 nm process and rely on the new GPU architecture RDNA 3. This should be able to deliver significant leaps in performance and efficiency compared to RDNA 2. The Nvidia cards are supposed to do without the new 12-pin connector, which has recently caused a stir among Nvidia customers. Instead, apparently two 8-pin connectors are used.
The two graphics cards will probably differ in terms of the built-in memory and the number of stream processors, among other things.

As with Nvidia, it is quite possible that AMD will also pay for this extra performance accordingly. Many experts assume that the price jump will not be as drastic as with Team Grün, but you can still expect higher prices for the new graphics cards.
A release of at least one of the two cards can apparently be expected this year. According to a leak, AMD will release at least one new graphics card shortly before the end of the year in December.
