The first major update to Watch_Dogs: Legion was recently released, bringing fresh content with it. A much-requested feature for the new consoles is still pending – which is likely to change soon.
Ub isoft is not resting even after the update to version 4.0 has been released and is still working hard on Watch_Dogs: Legion. A blog entry now gives a first preview of the next patch – and this will finally bring a much desired feature for the new consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X / S with it.
Almost in the small print at the end there is a hint that the title update 4.5 will bring the long-awaited performance mode with it. Players on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S get the opportunity to optimize the game with regard to the frame rate so that it always has 60 fps. A corresponding mode was last indicated in a Reddit AMA session and should now follow reasonably soon.
Detached from this next-gen feature, version 4.5 will also receive fresh content again. So there will be the second Tactical Op called Project OMNI. Incidentally, the focus will primarily be on bug fixes for the character Mina, which was only introduced in version 4.0.
