The 1865 carbine is a new weapon that is being launched with the extensive relaunch of Hunt: Showdown. You get the rifle at level 15 in the new Battle Pass of the Scorched Earth event. The special reloading mechanism is particularly striking: the carbine’s built-in tube magazine is loaded via the buttstock – just like the original, the Spencer 1860, which was used in the US Civil War. The new weapon in Hunt is a combination of repeater and cocking lever rifle with an eight-shot capacity and a lot of oomph: up to 145 damage is possible with a body hit (at a correspondingly short distance). An opponent with full health will then only have 5 HP left! The Spencer 1860 is an extremely exotic weapon in the shooter genre and has so far only appeared in Red Dead Redemption and its successor (it was called “Carbine Repeater” there). Now you can also roam Hunt’s new Colorado map with it!
