What could a DLC bring to Elden Ring? While the official body is silent, fans are finding more and more clues as to where the ride could go in the future. One of the most exciting approaches is in the middle of the game world.
The intermediate lands are basically built organically. Interesting places and cities are distributed asymmetrically, so that you can’t really see any pattern. But the Divine Towers reveal a clear system, leading players to a promising theory.

From Software outdoes itself with Elden Ring – Test/Review
Centered on a mysterious veil
The Divine Towers rise up in the main areas of the Elden Ring. Fans on social media have now determined the midpoint between the towers. You’ll come to a point obscured by clouds on the Elden Ring map. Is this a new area, maybe for a future DLC? At least that’s the theory of the fans.

The arrangement is truly remarkable, especially since nothing can lift the veil in the middle. We could imagine an island or similar new area for a DLC at this point.
So far, however, nothing seems to be at this point. A player tricked his way into the location and found exactly that: a big nothing. A hole. Without content.

It’s hard to imagine From Software designing the game world of Elden Ring like this without having something in mind. But whether a DLC takes place there or there is a remnant of unfinished content here, only time will tell. The theory is always interesting.
