That means break: frustrated state, no more desire
The term ”break” is used when something goes really wrong and you don’t feel like it anymore. After a break, you are basically broken and don’t know what to do. The expression is used a lot in gaming in particular, but has now also arrived in everyday life.
Origin
The exact origin of ”break” in this context is unclear, but the phrase has been popularized by various streamers and YouTubers. One of the first influencers to use this term was probably Elias ”Eligella” Nerlich. He always spoke of a break when, for example, he conceded an unfortunate goal at Fifa or something else went really wrong.

Distribution through win challenges
In recent months, the so-called win challenges on the Internet have become increasingly popular. Streamers try to cope with certain tasks that they set themselves. These are mostly quite difficult and take a lot of time and nerves. For example, an enormous number of games must be won in a row without losing in between. In the event of a defeat, all previous victories must then be won again. This is often referred to as a break.
In addition to the fracture, there is also the so-called ”rubble fracture”. This is an enhanced form used for even worse fails or losses.
