You wait for years for something to finally end, but when that day comes, instead of feeling any joy, you feel a deep anxiety about what’s going to happen next. Lost. Unable to enjoy the simple joy of freedom because you’ve been through it and you know how it works. Ugh.

But enough about finishing Morrowind. Recently, the UK held an election that ousted some of the worst people in power and replaced them with default options that no one really liked. It’s a bit like what happens when you finish a video game. But it’s not. Not at all. Not at all like that.
