Where you can still get beta keys

Valorant beta keys are still very popular.

To apply the upcoming patch, go European Valorant servers offline tonight. This was announced by the official Valorant account via Twitter. In turn, this means that all streamers playing on European servers cannot stream during this time and the Twitch drops fail to materialize.

However, if you are still waiting for a beta key via drop and want to use the downtime at night and in the morning, you can switch to other regions and streamers. The Valorant servers don't go global, they do gradually offline regionally. Here is the exact schedule:

Beginning tomorrow, May 12, all servers will be going down for our next patch.

NA / BR / LATAM – Queues down @ 4:30 am PT, back up at 10:00 am PT.

KR – Queues down @ 12:00 pm PT, back up at 5:30 pm PT

EU – Queues down @ 6:30 pm PT, back up at 12:00 am PT (May 13).

Since the times given are all based on Pacific Time (PT), we have the dates in our time zone (CEST) broadcast:

• North and Latin America / Brazil: Server down from May 12th 1:30 p.m. to May 12th 7:00 p.m.
• Korea: Server down from May 12th 9:00 p.m. to May 13th 2:30 a.m.
• Europe: Server down from May 13th 3:30 a.m. to May 13th 9:00 a.m.

So despite the server down you get the chance for a beta key

As you can see from the table above, the servers are clocked regionally in downtimes, so you can easily go to the offline times of your region or your favorite streamer switch to another streamer who is currently not affected by the server down and has activated the Twitch drops.

If you don't make it to beta, you still get gifts

Can I change my region to play during downtime? No, unfortunately that will not work. Unlike your name, you can't just change your region. So you have to wait for the servers to go online again.

Please notice also that the times given are the scheduled times, it may well be that the servers are not online again at 9 a.m. or that you have connection problems if everyone wants to go back to the server at the same time.
