game news While we wait for the Elden Ring DLC, why is Lords of the Fallen Remake good news?
The Lords of the Fallen is an action RPG game that is rooted in a dark fantasy world and may be a time-kill for those waiting for the Elden Ring DLC. It surfaced today and even posted a release date.
The Lords of the Fallen shine again
As part of the Summer Game Festival, the show continues at the weekend! This Saturday, June 10th saw the Future Game Show: a conference moderated by Laura Bailey and Yuri Lowenthal where many new games were presented. Such is the case with Lords of the Fallen, which returns almost ten years later in a reset version with The Lords of the Fallen. Announced last year, this new game is set in a dark fantasy universe. The gameplay is similar to that of Elden Ring. And on the occasion of the Future Game Show, a presentation video showed it in detail:
So it’s been almost 10 years since Lords of the Fallen returns in a new version entrusted to the developers of Hexworks, who will strive to surpass a first game not particularly remembered.
The Lords of the Fallen: what is the release date?
The Lords of the Fallen then features two worlds for players to explore: that of the living and that of the dead. The developers of HEXWORKS promise colossal boss fights and a deep and compelling story. It’s also the different environments showcased in this three-minute trailer that should appeal to fans: the environments feel varied and refurbished, once again reminiscent of a specific game of the year 2022.
A game that Lords of the Fallen can compete with on paper, since it’s optimized for new generation consoles. HEXWORKS developers took advantage of Saturday’s Future Game Show to announce the release date of the title: Lords of the Fallen is expected on Friday October 13, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. Pre-orders are already possible.
