A new trailer for Dragon Ball Mega Man has been revealed ahead of its release next month, and it finally confirms that even though Goku is still very young, he can still go Super Saiyan.
There haven’t been too many trailers for Dragon Ball Super yet, but for those who still think Goku going Super Saiyan is the coolest thing ever, the latest one might be the most exciting yet. For those who haven’t heard yet, Dragon Ball Super shows Goku and company mysteriously shrinking to child-size heights, setting out to find out why, but so far it’s unclear if this affects Goku’s ability to go Super Saiyan. Turns out, no, it doesn’t as shown in this latest trailer, which you can check out below.
Fans of the original Japanese dub will also be very happy to hear that Masako Nozawa, the iconic voice actress behind Goku, will be returning to voice the character (as if anyone else could). She’s joined by some new voices, with Yumiko Kobayashi (Crayon Shin-chan, Soul Eater) playing a mini version of Supreme Kai, Mitsuteru Uchiyama (My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen) playing Glorio, a character brand new to the series, and Fairouz Ai (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Chainsaw Man) playing Pansy, another new character. The trailer also offers a snippet of the show’s opening theme, composed by Zedd and performed by C&K.
Earlier this week, Dragon Ball Super was confirmed to be airing in Japan on October 11, with Sparkle! Zero, the latest game based on the series, scheduled to be released on the same day. It’s not yet confirmed where the show will air or stream internationally, and the voice actors haven’t been announced yet (although, I think it’s mostly obvious and just a matter of time), so you may have to wait a little longer than you’d like to see it.
