In the year 2042 you are traveling through the war-torn United States of America with your food truck, as your former restaurant unfortunately… exploded. Not only do you have to feed your hungry mouths in the shortest possible time, you also have to assert yourself against the competition on the street.
As always, you can download the game for free in the Epic Games Store within a week. Strictly speaking until August 18, 2022 at 17:00.

The cooking game with the name that takes some getting used to not only lets you prepare over 200 dishes, you can even travel the world with your beloved truck. But it is not just a set of wheels that only takes you from A to B. You can decorate it, but you can also improve it with some modules that change the way you play.
However, since the futuristic t itle is set in times of war, you even have the opportunity to “embellish” your trusty vehicle with bullet holes, for example. They are not that unlikely either, as you will occasionally encounter other, less friendly food trucks on the street. They can also paralyze your parts of your truck, which will certainly not make the next stations any easier.
With a total of 380 levels, you have enough time to try out all sorts of dishes and improvements. However, you shouldn’t expect a relaxed cooking game after a hard evening: the increasingly stressful missions will hardly let you catch your breath. If it gets too much, you can always bring one of your friends along and play in co-op. But whether that makes it easier or more difficult probably depends on your partner.

Despite the futuristic setting, the theater of war and the attacks from the other food trucks, Cook, Serve, Delicious 3 remains a cooking game at its core. If you can’t do anything with it, then you probably won’t have much fun with the title. A little stress resilience would also be beneficial, but can be balanced with a good friend.
