For this study, OpenAI examined more than 1,000 professions practiced in America. They therefore analyzed several tasks of these professions. And the verdict is: AI can do 50% of the tasks that researchers have identified for each job.

“Our results show that approximately 80% of the US workforce could see at least 10% of their work items affected by the introduction of AIs, while approximately 19% of workers could see at least 50% of their assigned tasks.
So which professions are threatened by AI?

Additionally, 57% of bosses who took part in the survey said the language model is also useful for writing text without having to go through an employee. Specifically, 52% of bosses use ChatGPT to keep meeting minutes and some other tasks.
