Bing and OpenAI – this is how it works
As soon as the new Bing is fully published, you can enter search queries as usual and, as usual, you will see the results on the left side. In addition, a window will appear further to the right of the page in which you will receive a direct response from the Bing chat bot.
The results look like having the request directly ChatGPT provided, except that the chat bot introduces itself here as Bing. Unlike other search engines, it allows you to enter entire queries with complex requirements and details and still get an accurate result. Just like with ChatGPT.
On Bing.com you can already try how it will work later. However, you can only access a few predefined requests.
Probably the biggest difference to the conventional ChatGPT is that Bing has access to the Internet and can therefore also provide current data. It remains to be seen whether Microsoft will really knock Google off the search engine throne.
Warning: misinterpretations
The new Bing is not yet fully developed. Microsoft itself warns of this. According to your statement, misinterpretation of the available data from the Internet can often occur in the current state. This issue should be resolved in the coming months.
According to Microsoft, it will still be a few months before the general public can use the new Bing. However, you can already look forward to the waiting list if you want to be among the first to test Bing and ChatGPT together.
