With PS Plus Essential, every month comes and goes. In May 2024 you can once again look forward to some game highlights that you can play and save in your library at no extra charge. You can find all important information about the new titles here.
When can I download the PS Plus games in May 2024? Already at 7. May the time has come. You can then add the new games to your library at no additional cost. But you shouldn’t wait too long, because new titles are expected to be available from May 4th.
At what time are the games activated? Sony is expected to activate the games at 11:00 a.m.
Highlight in May 2024: EA Sports FC 24

EA Sports FC 24 is EA’s first football simulation without the major FIFA name license. Despite the new title, it can be seen as a seamless continuation of the game series of the same name.
In EA Sports FC 24 you can choose between the biggest clubs, leagues and competitions in the world. With over 19,000 licensed players and 700 teams, you can have fun on the pitch until the doctor comes. Or the red card.
As usual, there are many game modes such as Tournament, Volta, Clubs, Ultimate Team, Season and Career for players or managers. Even though the latter in particular has gained depth due to new tactical options, you should no big jumps from FIFA 23 to EA Sport FC 24. Nevertheless, it is the best football simulation you can currently play.

Ghostrunner 2: In this action-packed high-speed slasher from the first person perspective, you as a cyber ninja slash through your opponents at top speed. If you don’t mind a weak story, you can enjoy a unique parkour experience that makes the fights in Cyberpunk 2077 look like they’re in slow motion. (Available for PS5)

Tunic: As an armed fox, you embark on an uncertain journey in this action adventure. The only clues you’ll get for your course of action come from a cryptic manual, the pages of which you have to find yourself.
On your way you will repeatedly meet merciless opponents who in no way have to hide behind a Dark Souls boss when it comes to toughness. However, if you are not a fan of nerve-wracking fights, you can easily adjust the difficulty level. (Available for PS5)
