Tom Cruise will shoot in space. The actor from films like Mission: Impossible, Top Gun or Edge of Tomorrow has secured the support of NASA and Elon Musk's SpaceX program to stand in front of the camera on board the ISS – or to hover.
Tom Cruise the world is not enough!
Cruise is notorious for to do his stunts personally and has already climbed along skyscrapers, steered helicopters and planes and broken various limbs in front of the camera. So his space plans don't really come as a surprise.
In which Project jointly planned by Tom Cruise, Elon Musk and NASA
Should be a lot of fun!

Since Tom Cruise's project is still in an early planning phase, it could take a few years before the filming starts. At the moment, that would not be possible due to the ongoing corona pandemic – numerous cinema and TV productions have therefore been postponed. A cinema release is still in the stars (haha).
NASA has now officially confirmed its support for the project: The film is shot on the ISS and – who knows – maybe Elon Musk shoots Tom Cruise into space behind the wheel of a Tesla. At least the head of SpaceX would have gained experience with that.
