Quite simply, Wreckfest is by far the best Flatout game. When it was released on the PC last year, we thought a lot, and after spending some time on the console version, the opinions have not changed-if any, it would be great to let Bugbear's glory back to the console it belongs to Already. This review is from last year's PC version and is still largely applicable to this week's console version-despite warnings that the Xbox One and PS4 will take very long to load, even when playing on the Xbox One X, Far below 60fps. These questions are small and obvious, it's shameful, but don't be ashamed of it.

You feel that Bugbear Entertainment has gone through a difficult journey. Wreckfest has finally left the Early Access version, just the second race of talented Finnish developers in the past ten years; and sadly, Ridge Racer Unbounded is an outstanding muscle racer who may be able to compete with players like Split Such modern people together won a place / Second and Blur, if not because of the name of the Ridge Racer overwhelmed. The Flatout series that has made the studio's name infamous all the time (even though Kylotonn did recover a bit of pride during last year's outing), and Wreckfest itself has never really been easy, which originated from the failed Kickstarter and saw several mistakes. Started in four years of Early Access.

After a long time and hard work, the end result was surprisingly modest. A simple and concise game, more devastating Derby style than Flatout, evoking another era of racing genre in a boring way. It is no exaggeration to say that it is an absolutely outstanding racer and it follows what Bugbear is best at. All of this is to make cars communicate with each other in various activities to achieve the maximum slaughter effect, and as always, seeing the favorite mechanical field crumbling at your fingertips, you will find a joyous joy.

There is more to just being in first place or last car status, goals and competition provide more motivation for the race. Despite being honest, this is still shattering nonsense in all sight.

And, Wreckfest does have a lovely route when it comes to tearing cars. The damage model here is excellent, its flexibility is only a few grades lower than the standard setting of BeamNG.drive, but thanks to the fact that they are placed in a very tangible, successful traditional game. Aside from some small wrinkles, Wreckfest makes things very easy-you are in a car or wreck, placed in a distorted metal pool during a demolition race, or a series of chaos on a dusty temporary track game. Even in pure multi-lap races, the fact is you are always breaking with Racing car.

This is a muscular, handful of racing brands, giving a glorious feeling. Some lightweight operations highlight this-front-wheel-drive cars need to coax the corners appropriately, while longer, louder rear-wheel-drive cars need a more pendulum approach and need to be tame. Wreckfest provided bungee racing with real characters and was helped by an excellent list of cars (and it should be fictional, it should be noted that although seeing cars seems to be modeled directly from their real-world inspiration, Hopefully, the license here will be one of the strongest suits where Wreckfest is ignored by the holder). So there is a Saab 93, squatting down and buzzing like a wasp, or Jaguar XJS, full of worries in its luxurious vision of the 1980s. Or the Toyota Supra A70 before the revision is equipped with 7M-GTE power unit (yes, this is my own special wheel set, yes, I am happy The first time I saw my pride and joy in a video game, it was a high-end harm.

AI does a good job of fighting a decent battle without frustration-Bugbear does the job well.

When confronting each other, the wreckage was truly resurrected. In this game, car battles are bland and subtle, and debris and debris play an important role in the ultimate success. It's about knowing where Hit any particular car to make it unstable, find its center of gravity, and try to bring it down. Or it's about looking at the weaknesses of the tank and doubling the damage with exposed radiators or curved wheels.

Or, if you don't want to think too deeply, it's about breaking your career into the automotive world when turning, using them as temporary anchors, and removing some hassle in the process. It's really sad: in the game, open arms welcome you can kick out any vulnerabilities of modern self-respecting modern racers (and weirdly, the small online community that dominates Wreckfest multiplayer is very friendly, smiley and friendly Ultra-violent behavior behind the wheel).

Bugbear continues to excel on the flying tire walls and closely associates it with the appearance of Wreckfest. You can enhance this by choosing "real" damage, which does add another layer of tactics to the event while stopping BeamNG from being brutal.

It somehow manages to get rid of confusion, which is not an easy task. Elsewhere, Wreckfest attempts to impose structure on chaos, which is one of its few shortcomings. This profession is generous and diverse, taking you from lawn mowers to more powerful beasts through a series of events, but it will never give you a sense of progress and even let you know what is necessary to move on to the next stage. Not a good thing. event. There was a feeling that Wreckfest's slightly slender heart was pulled a bit sparsely, and Bugbear did a bit of a mess.

But it's really heart-warming, and it's against the kind of driving game we haven't encountered in a long time. The Wreck Festival offers primitive fun, and few excuses offer them. It also provided them with some knowledge of the Bugbear class, which made those earlier Flatout games so precious, and it was an exciting thing to regain it after too long.
