WWE 2K20's major failure story continues in 2020.
The beginning of the new year, WWE 2K20 Players everywhere have noticed a very strange problem with the game. Depending on where you happen to play, some or all game modes are not accessible.
Attempting to select a different mode through the main menu will throw an error message and crash the game. After some digging, it turned out that the game somehow didn't meet the requirements of 2020-a mistake similar to Y2K-which is why it simply broke when the date arrived on January 1.
The player on the PS4 has succeeded by manually changing the system clock of its console to a date in 2019, but this is difficult to do on the Xbox One and PC.
Overnight, 2K Games acknowledged and appreciated the issues in the update. The update is now available, you just need to restart the game.
This issue has been resolved. Make sure to restart your # WWE2K20 Game to automatically download the fix. If you continue to experience issues, please open a support ticket here: https://t.co/E9ETwypbuw. Thanks again for your patience!
