While E3 2022 is cancelled, Microsoft has announced the in-house Xbox & Bethesda Showcase for June. In the run-up to this, speculation abounds as to which titles could be shown.

Far away from the canceled E3 and the Summer Games Fest taking place, the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase is certainly one of the gaming highlights in June. Xbox fans recently had to put up with a severe setback after both Redfall and Starfield from Bethesda had to be postponed to the coming year 2023. Despite this shift, both titles should have an appearance on the showcase mentioned – at least if you want to believe new speculations.

What exactly do Microsoft and Bethesda have to show at their in-house event in June? This is the question fans have been asking since the showcase was announced. Jez Corden from Windows Central is usually considered keenly interested in Microsoft affairs and suggests a possible line-up for the showcase.

According to his information, the following titles could be seen, as he is now in Windows Central Gaming Xbox Chaturdays 66 gave the best:

  • Starfield
  • Redfall
  • Project Belfry
  • Pentament
  • Grounded 1.0
  • Next Big Sea of Thieves Update
  • Contraband
  • EverWild
  • Diablo 4
  • Project Midnight
  • Avowed

Despite the postponement of the potential blockbusters Redfall and Starfield, we could at least have new impressions in the near future. The most prominent other representative of the possible line-up is of course the long-awaited action RPG Diablo IV from Blizzard Entertainment.

When it comes to new announcements, Project Belfry and Project Midnight stand out. The former could be a sidescrolling action game similar to Dragon’s Crown made by Stoic (The Banner Saga). It is not clear what Project Midnight could be about. Pentament, on the other hand, comes from the RPG experts at Obsidian Entertainment and is said to be inspired by the hit title Disco Elysium.

We will know more details on June 12th, when the showcase starts at 7:00 p.m. and should also have other surprises in store in addition to the possible line-up above.
