Xbox Game Pass subscribers could be in for a big month in September, if a reliable leaker is to be believed. The numerous new additions are said to include several day-one releases.
Month after month, Microsoft continues to expand the range of games offered in the Xbox Game Pass subscription, keeping gamers interested. However, the upcoming month of September could be the icing on the cake, if you believe a well-known and, in the past, quite reliable leaker.
In this case, we are talking about the Spanish leaker eXtas1s, who has commented in more detail on the Game Pass offer in one of his recent YouTube videos. According to him, Microsoft is planning to add a whopping 19 new titles to the offer in September. If that happens, September would be one of the best months in the history of the Xbox Game Pass in terms of content.
Even better: According to his source, 17 of these 19 games will even be day-one releases, meaning they will be available as a subscription upon their initial release. Microsoft would therefore have to officially announce a whole series of such day-one releases, as so far only the following titles have been finally confirmed:
- 3. September – Star Trucker
- 4. September – Age of Mythology: Retold
- 20. September – Frostpunk 2
- 24. September – Ara: History Untold
If that really happens, September would actually be a remarkable month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, especially after August was rather lackluster with only six new full versions and beta access to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
