Microsoft recently disclosed the number of Xbox Live users in 2020 and pointed out that the service attracts nearly 90 million players every month.

There are nearly 90 million active users on Xbox Live, and more than 10 million people currently subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass, while Project xCloud already has tens of thousands of active users testing the service in preview.
Project xCloud preview opportunities have recently been launched in France, Germany and the Netherlands, and invitations have been emailed to people who have pre-registered for preview access. For now, a series of games can be played through the preview version of the service, including but not limited to Gears 5, Halo: Master Chief Collection and Destiny 2. Currently, there are more than 50 games that can be played on xCloud. .
Current preview access to xCloud is limited, but as time goes on, the possibility of more players requesting access will increase.
"We know that games are an important way for people to stay in touch, especially in these eras when society is far away, but we also recognize how Internet bandwidth is affected by regional network pressures because a large number of people stay at home responsibly "Internet access" Xbox said in the official announcement.
