Microsoft has published the chips of the games announced for Xbox Series X, detailing the functionalities and improvements of the next generation console that each of them will use. On the official Xbox page you can see that some run at 60 FPS, that most will have 4K resolution and that others will use Raytracing.
However, it should be noted that these titles are still in development. That the game file does not confirm that it works at 60 fps, as in the case of Assasin's Creed Valhalla, does not mean that the title will run at 30 fps: perhaps the developers are still not clear what frame rate per second they will be able to achieve after optimization
Therefore, although the functionalities that we will list below are confirmed by the developers to Microsoft, it must be made clear that the absence of some of them in certain titles does not mean that the final product will not have Raytracing or 4K resolution, to mention a couple of features. In fact, the official website is incomplete. It's known that Dirt 5 will have Raytracing, something not mentioned on the Xbox page.
