However, according to Windows Central, online rumors now point to Microsoft's "low-end" console. The code name Lockhart has been circulating on the Internet for a long time, but it may now be particularly relevant to the possible "Xbox Series S", which is not only considered to be much weaker than the Xbox Series X, but the price may also be cheaper many.

Is the Xbox Series S price much lower than 500 Euros?

Finally, questions about prices still exist, and unfortunately the rumors have not been touched. Analysts have recently intervened on price issues and may think that the PS5 and Xbox Series X range in price from 450 euros to 500 euros. Others suspect that if both game consoles will be put on the market by the end of 2020, the price will be higher.

However, the price applies to the fastest model. The Xbox Series S with 4 Teraflops performance is likely to be much lower than the price of top models. If the analyst's hypothesis is confirmed, we might even be talking about the price here being well below 450 Euros. But so far, this is pure speculation. The PS4 Pro with 4.2 TF is finally available for less than 400 Euros.
