Yellowstone: Series creator Taylor Sheridan has his next western project at the start

With “Yellowstone” Taylor Sheridan has created a series world that fans can’t get enough of. The series maker knows how to bring westerns to the screens and he now wants to prove that in his next project. With his main series soon to end with season 5, Sheridan already has his next project lined up.

Author Gwynne is enthusiastic about this decision and is looking forward to the realization of her work, for which Sheridan will work with Jenny Wood (“The Crown”).

“Empire of the Summer Moon” tells of the war between white settlers and the Comanche tribe. Chief Quanah Parker takes the lead in the fight against the men who want to steal their land and is not afraid of the white settlers.

It is not yet known whether “Empire of the Summer Moon” will receive a film or series adaptation. Since the book takes place in four different seasons, a series adaptation would be very suitable. However, we’ll have to wait a bit until we get more details, because for now Sheridan has his hands full with the Duttons’ grand finale in “Yellowstone.”
