You can calm down now, because Take-Two’s latest earnings call included a statement saying that GTA 6 (a little game you may have heard of) is currently on track to release in the previously announced fall of 2025.
Yes, while delays/further reveals still seem likely if the game’s development ends up following the pattern of previous entries in the series, the current plan is to have smooth sailing into next year’s Season of Ghosts. Strauss Zelnick, CEO of the publisher you’ve most likely heard of, added some context in an interview with CNBC, talking about the company’s confidence in the game creating this window: ” Well, there’s downturn in the industry and we’re not immune to that, but, we narrowed down the time frame because we’re very confident about the timing.”
