This is how you play Gun Game right now
How does the mode even work? If you’re curious, but Gun Game doesn’t mean anything to you, we want to explain the mode to you briefly: Here a total of 6 players compete against each other without teams, so every other player is an enemy. You cannot select a loadout, instead all players are equipped with the same weapon at the start. If you get a kill with this one, you will be assigned the next weapon. How to play Gun Game: If you’d like to prove your weapon mastery in a match with friends, all you have to do is follow these steps:
- From the Modern Warfare 2 main menu, start a private match and select the option

- Go to the game settings and select there

You can currently only play the mode in a private game or in co-op.
If that’s too complicated for you, you can team up with just a friend and play Gun Game: Mount Zaya co-op. Almost the same rules apply here, except that you fight together against the AI.
