- The 4th season of “Stranger Things” will end shortly with part 2.
- Today Netflix has released a scary and beautiful trailer that sets the mood for the grand finale.
- Scary monster Vecna speaks clear words to Elfie in the video.
It will still be a few weeks before part 2 of the 4th season of “Stranger Things” will be released on Netflix on July 1, 2022. To get in the mood for the upcoming mega event, the Californian streaming service now also has released a first-ever teaser trailer for upcoming episodes.
Watch the clip of part 2 of season 4 of “Stranger Things” here:
“It’s over Elf. You set me free. You can’t stop it anymore”, threatens Vecna in the clip above. In the finale of part 1 it was revealed – Warning, spoilers! – that the main antagonist of season 4 is actually the lab worker Peter (or Henry Creel/ 001) who became Vecna.
In part 2 of season 4 is now – so it is to be assumed – the inevitable confrontation between Elfie, who was able to regain her powers, and Vecna queue. Both raise their hands in the trailer, which seems to point to a supernatural duel of the powerful characters in part 2 of the 4th “Stranger Things” season.
Furthermore, Dustin, Nancy, Steve and Robin are still in the video in the Upside Down (Dustin even in a kind of improvised knight’s armor). Meanwhile, Hopper and Murray appear to be doing further research into the experiments in the Soviet Union.
So Hopper sees an apparently killed Demogorgon – and also some still “alive”, ominous beings from the shadow world swimming around in a large tank.
Matt Duffer, one of the two series creators of “Stranger Things”, described part 2 of season 4 in an interview with TVLine stating, “It has a little bit of everything. It’s extremely emotional while also containing the most action and spectacle we’ve ever had.” Season 4 concludes as “a mad symphony of chaos.”
