With Final Fantasy 16 pushed back to the summer of 2023, it certainly won’t be long before you can get your hands on it. The game might have the right to a trial version before its release.
Like FF7 Remake, the next numbered installment could be tackled by all PS5 gamers. In any case, it is the will of producer Naoki Yoshida who announces that he wants to create a demo of Final Fantasy 16.
Final Fantasy 16 pre-release demo?
The information surrounding Final Fantasy 16 is endless. With the recent advertising and interview campaign accompanying the release of the new trailer, we almost forget that the game has gone into deep silence for almost a year. Naoki Yoshida, who is now ready to share new information, has indicated his intention to release a demo of FF16 ahead of next summer’s launch.
We’re assuming the game will have the right to a trial anyway with the PS Plus Premium, but it would probably be more of a demo, more similar to what FF7 Remake did at the time. However, nothing is set in stone. The producer reminds that the development team is still finalizing the game and he cannot guarantee the arrival of a Final Fantasy 16 demo. It’s more of a personal wish, but internally the title is definitely fully playable. Given that Devil May Cry’s highly action-oriented combat system may not appeal to everyone, this would be a more than welcome move.
