Yu-Gi-Oh master duel passed 20 million downloads today’s milestone, leading to 2000 free gems for all players who log in between April 25th. In order to claim this wonderful prize, all you have to do is check your quests tab when you log in, at which point you can claim your gems at the click of a button.
For those of you who have been following Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel, you may recall that the game only surpassed 10 million downloads across all platforms a month ago. With the recent xyz festival coming to the fore as the popular card game’s first special event, it seems like we have a lot of duels to play before the game loses steam.
For those looking for great ideas on how to use these gems, YuGiOh features an excellent set of meta decks, so building one should be a top priority.
On the other hand, if this news prompts you to jump into Master Duel, a solid beginner deck should be your first stop. 2000 gems to earn from this event, plus a ton of gems the game throws at you by completing tutorial missions.
It’s also worth reminding players with PS Plus accounts that the PlayStation launch promotion offering up to 50 free card packs is also still in progress and will end on April 1st. All in all, there’s still plenty of time to earn a ton of free loot in YuGiOh Master Duel, even if you’re not one of the 20 million already risking 1 shot in a single turn or crafting a ridiculously priced deck.
