Nintendo released a video of The Legend of Zelda: Sword of the Sky HD, which outlines some quality of life improvements.
These quality of life are updated to The Legend of Zelda: Sky Sword HD It is an improvement of the original Wii version.
According to the video, you can expect enhanced control options, better frame rates, skippable cutscenes, optional help for Fi, simplified project information, and the ability to fast-forward conversations.
When it was announced in February, Nintendo stated that the game will run at 60 frames per second, and you can choose to use the motion control of the two Joy-Con controllers to play in a similar way to the original game. You can also use the new button-only controls to play games on the Nintendo Switch Pro controller, handheld mode, or Nintendo Switch Lite.
The Wii game was originally released in November 2011 and is the 16th mainline entry in the Legend of Zelda series. It took place on the floating island Skyloft and the land below it, and used Wii MotionPlus peripherals. It was launched globally on the Wii U eShop in September 2016.
Skyward Sword will be released on Switch on July 16.
