There are plenty of balcony power plants at priwatt, but so far they have not had a storage solution on offer. That is now changing, because Zendures Solarflow complements the range.
You can now order SolarFlow from Zendure, the innovative storage system for balcony power plants, from the supplier priwatt in Leipzig. According to the dealer, it will be delivered “at the end of July”.
This will be due to the fact that Zendure itself will not be able to deliver until mid-July. Compared to the manufacturer, however, priwatt offers a significantly better price.

priwatt offers you the storage system for balcony power plants from Zendure much cheaper than the manufacturer itself. With priwatt, shipping costs are due (bulky goods, 29 dollars) and with Zendure, the shipping costs are included in the sales price. Nevertheless, there is a price advantage of over 50 dollars.
With its standard range, priwatt also offers the right balcony power plants that can be connected to the storage system. All balcony power plants in the priwatt range, from sale goods from the previous year to the new updateable generation to the “strongest balcony power plant in Germany”, are compatible with the Zendure system.
The storage system is available in two configurations, with a storage capacity of just under 1 kWh or with two stackable batteries and a total of 2kWh. Unlike the EcoFlow “PowerStream” system presented a few days ago, the use of the batteries as a mobile power station is not intended.
The solar power generated by the balcony power plant can be stored in the storage tank and used in the dark hours of the day. The smart inverter serves as a control center and switch between feed-in, storage and withdrawal.
In view of the high acquisition costs and the limited service life of a memory, it is at least doubtful whether the effort is actually worthwhile. With an average electricity price of 34 cents for end consumers, the 1kWh storage unit has to be fully charged and discharged three times to save a single euro, and the released storage energy has to be used up completely.
With an acquisition cost of 1,250 dollars, amortization cannot be expected before the end of 3,750 complete charging cycles. This in turn corresponds to a period of more than ten years, if one assumes a complete cycle every day.
However, the question is whether this investment has to pay off at all. Because the energy transition is now, and when buying a new car, nobody asks the question of returns. Maybe there is also a subsidy for storage and balcony power plants in your region.
