To enable this setting, all you have to do is go into settings once the game launches on July 4, go to the Graphics tab, scroll down to the Custom section, and boom, the FPS is there. You can choose between the normal 30 and 60 FPS options if you want, but we all know the big winners who go for the unlimited FPS option and drive their PCs crazy.
