Who made it?
The talented indie Australian team Nnooo made it and published it in 2012. You might know them from other hits like the DSi and WiiWare release Pop, the Spirit Hunters Inc. games, Cubemen 2 and The Legend of Kusakari.
What is the premise?
You actually guide the Vector, which follows paths across the grid until an exit opens. You also have to avoid enemies – make contact with them and they will destroy you. It takes a small amount of inspiration from a maze runner like Pac-Man.
Why should you play it?
It’s simple to learn, but deceptively complicated. It also has a great retro-futuristic vibe, colorful graphics and a powerful soundtrack that will keep you coming back for more.
How much is that?
It was $6.99, but it’s on sale until the eShop closes and only then $1.99/ £1.70 / $1.99.
We’ll be back on the last day with another 3DS or Wii U eShop recommendation as part this series ‘Countdown’. Let us know below if you already have this in your collection and share your thoughts.
