Nintendo accepted film adaptations of Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda. The former will be getting a second movie in the near future, and a Zelda movie is confirmed to be in the works. With all that said, we got an idea of how much players want it, thanks to a recent survey by the National Research Group.
The survey, which involved 1,001 PC and console gamers, revealed that The Legend of Zelda, Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto are among the top franchises for which gamers are most interested in seeing a film adaptation. Other franchises in the top 10 include Fortnite, Red Dead Redemption, The Sims, Minecraft, God of War, Mass Effect and Final Fantasy.
