In an interview with What I do64the president of Nihon Falcom, Toshihiro Kondohas revealed his desire to see Sell itprotagonist of the series Ys, in Super Smash Bros.. Kondo considers Adol to be the most suitable Falcom character to appear in the game, as he has been a constant and recognizable figure in many titles in the franchise.
“So, for example, if you were to think about the game of Trails“Would it be Van?” he shares. “I don’t necessarily think Van is a good choice for those reasons. So, personally, I would love, if you asked me, for Adol to be included in the game.”
