Update: Deep Silver has now confirmed the existence of Saints Row IV: Elected Again on Nintendo Switch. It will be launched on March 27, 2020 and comes with 25 large pieces of DLC as usual. Here are some details from the press release:

Of course, Saints Line: Third – Full Package came to Switch in May of last year, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see Saints Row IV make the jump again. Originally, this is the fourth article in a series that was introduced on other platforms back in 2013, and this improved The Reed Elected version introduced a few years later.
As always, we encourage you to wait for an official announcement from Nintendo or Deep Silver before you get your hopes up, but this retail listing certainly looks convincing. Amazon is already taking over pre-orders per game at $ 39.99 a pop.
